Nintendo Switch 2 gets 5 major games in November 2026
Polygon highlights five upcoming Switch 2 releases for November 2026, led by The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake.
Polygon published a list of five must-play Nintendo Switch 2 games coming in November 2026. The lineup arrives the same month as Grand Theft Auto 6, though Rockstar's game is not coming to Switch 2.
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake releases November 5 as a console exclusive. The remake replaces the Nintendo 64 original's low-poly aesthetic with a toyland art style and modernized controls. Polygon's Michael McWhertor said the remake is snappy, streamlined, and polished in ways that make it feel totally fresh after a 30-minute hands-on preview in October.
Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy: Encore Edition also releases November 5. The single-player action-adventure game from Eidos-Montréal won Best Narrative at the Game Awards and was nominated for four awards total. The Encore Edition is exclusive to Switch 2 and includes a new set of glam rock outfits for Star-Lord, Drax, Gamora, Rocket and Groot.
Stellar Blade Complete Edition is also coming to Switch 2 in November. The article notes November is typically a major month for video game releases.
