Bend Studio working on new co-op game for 2027 release
The Days Gone developer is creating a third-person co-op experience expected to launch in 2027.
Bend Studio is working on a new co-op game set for release in 2027, according to an anonymous employee who spoke to MP1st. The game will be a third-person co-op experience.
The project will not be a live-service title. The employee did not confirm whether it will be a new IP or an adaptation of existing property.
The game is reportedly much further along in development than expected. This follows the reported cancellation of multiple Bend Studio projects in 2025, including a live-service game codenamed Mirror Pond.
The anonymous employee indicated the game will be both announced and released in 2027. This will be Bend Studio's first new release since Days Gone launched in 2019.
