Good Ranchers partners with MrBeast to supply 1,400 pounds of meat for grocery store challenge
The meat delivery company provided American-sourced meat for MrBeast's upcoming video and is matching the donation to Beast Pantry.
Good Ranchers partnered with MrBeast to supply 1,400 pounds of American-sourced meat for his upcoming "Eat Everything in Grocery Store" challenge. The company had one to two weeks to prepare and deliver the products for filming.
Michael McWhorter, Director of Brand at Good Ranchers, said the team initially thought the collaboration request might be a prank. The company delivers meat sourced from American farms, ranchers and fishermen directly to customers' homes.
Good Ranchers committed to matching the 1,400 pounds supplied for the challenge with an additional donation to Beast Pantry, MrBeast's Greenville-based food assistance program. The donation is planned to help serve 280 families during its first distribution.
Good Ranchers founder and CEO Ben Spell will join the Beast Pantry team on-site for the distribution. McWhorter said the company's mission is to "do good while we eat good" and create opportunities for connection around meals.
