Rockstar Games appears to be filming live-action GTA 6 trailer in Miami

Rockstar Games appears to be filming a live-action trailer for GTA 6 in Miami. Fans have spotted camera crews recording convoys of exotic sports cars modified to resemble vehicles from the GTA series driving through the city.

The cars feature in-universe brands from the game, including Grotti, a parody of Ferrari, and Emerus, a parody of McLaren. Multiple videos and photos posted by fans show the vehicles being filmed in locations around Miami.

Rockstar has been conducting an extensive marketing campaign in Miami ahead of GTA 6's release. The company has placed ads throughout the city, flown a Vice City blimp over Florida, and announced a Vice City-themed NBA game with the Miami Heat in November.

GTA 6 is set in Vice City, a fictional version of Miami. The marketing campaign has turned parts of the real city into a version of the game's universe.
