Fortnite reveals One Piece season starting November 1

Epic Games published the first trailer for Fortnite Treasure Hunters, confirming a collaboration with One Piece. The season starts on November 1 and will close Chapter 7 of the game.

The trailer shows a skull-shaped island where players will drop from the Going Merry ship, which replaces the Battle Bus. The map is not cel-shaded despite the anime theme.

Players will have access to One Piece items including Luffy's Gum Gum Pistol ability, Nami's tangerines, Usopp's slingshot, and Zoro's three-sword attack. The three-sword attack will likely be a Mythic ability.

Confirmed characters coming to the game include Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Ace, Buggy, and Sanji. The season also features Kasane Teto, Hatsune Miku, Lil Uzi Vert, and A$AP Rocky. Sanji may be the Battle Pass bonus skin.

The mini-season will run for about a month until Chapter 8 begins on December 5. A full presentation of the content is scheduled for October 25.
