FromSoftware confirms The Duskbloods has been delayed to 2027 from its original 2026 launch window. The developer says the game is in the final adjustment stage but needs more time.

"We apologize to players who have been kindly awaiting the release of this title and thank you for your patience and support," FromSoftware says in an announcement. The studio adds it saw active interest in the core concepts including combat, strategic depth, and player expression during the network test.

The network test in August had significant issues. The first test session was canceled entirely after servers became overwhelmed and players got stuck on the title screen. Players reported performance issues when the test finally opened.

FromSoftware says it decided to move the launch to allow time for final adjustments to game rules and balancing. The developer has not provided a specific release date within 2027.
